Highlands Hikers is a Women’s Ministry at Highlands Church.Our mission is to fellowship, enjoy God’s beautiful creation, exercise our bodies, and to serve as an outreach to women in our community.Let’s celebrate God’s creation and conquer the Arizona mountains together!
Listed below are the hikes scheduled for the year.There will be three hikes in the fall and three in the spring. We are training toward our goal of a family fun hiking day on the challengingTom’s Thumb trail in April.
The details for each hike include directions, approximate mileage, intensity level, and length of time to complete each hike. Please know that if a hike is rated intermediate to advanced, we encourage everyone in our group to go and their own pace and will divide up accordingly. Please remember to wear sun protection, bring plenty of drinking water and wear hiking shoes for all hikes. Please feel free to bring a friend on the hikes.
